Love’s Jerky Co. was born from tradition—beginning with my parents Leroy and Nadine’s generations-old recipes and carried forward today by a dedicated team led by me, their youngest daughter, Doreen. What started as cherished flavors shared in a small kitchen has grown into a team-driven craft, built on passion, purpose, and pride.

Our jerky isn’t just different—it’s unmistakable. Thin, crispy, full of flavor, and made to enjoy. Every batch is crafted with care by a team that believes in doing things the right way, honoring the recipes that started it all while bringing them to life for a new generation of jerky lovers.

Our Hatch Green Chile Jerky is the flavor that made us who we are. It’s my dad's signature flavor, our cornerstone, and the heartbeat of our brand. The chiles we use are grown in New Mexico’s uniquely rich soil—nowhere else produces the same aroma, warmth, and taste of home. They’re harvested only in August and September, and every year we plan to save a little for ourselves… yet somehow it never lasts. That’s the magic of this jerky—crafted so well, even the team can’t resist it.

Hatch Green Chile is known for its heat, but we always make it with people in mind. Our team adjusts the spice depending on who we’re making it for—those who like a kick, those who prefer it mild, and everyone in between. That spirit of thoughtfulness is woven into everything we do: quality ingredients, intentional flavor, and attention to detail from start to finish.

As fall arrives, the vibrant green chile ripens into a deep red, then dries beneath the New Mexico sun before being ground into the red chile powder we value just as much. And while our team continues to explore new flavor possibilities, our award-winning Hatch Green Chile Jerky will always remain our foundation.
