Our teriyaki isn’t overpowering in flavor. We go for the subtle lightly marinated teriyaki flare. Beef is still the base and I like to think flavor shouldn’t drown out your palate. ‼️Handmade and cow texture inconsistency is expected.

The last order was by far the best ones I’ve had. They were not overly dry. There was some mild moisture which made the jerky that much better. I hope my next order is the same.

This is the best Jerkey. We did however have an issue with this batch. It was not as good as others in the past. When we opened it it seemed wet and a little slimy. It was pretty tough also. I bought another bag at the farmers market and it was good. I just chalk it up to a bad batch.

The concept is excellent but the Regular Jerky lacks flavour. Some salt would maybe help. Teriyaki is too salty. Sauce needs brown sugar to balance it out and some Ginger Powder. Make your own teriyaki. Try again

Been buying this for a few years back when it was Leroy’s. It went from thin and crispy to thicker and tough. Each batch we got was increasingly tougher. I loved when it was crispy but now it hurts my jaw. Pretty sad that it’s changed.
