The green Chile I use can’t be found anywhere but in Hatch, New Mexico. When I make this flavor, I can never seem to keep a batch for myself, it seems to disappear even from my hiding spots. Although this particular Chile is known to be pretty spicy, I have toned it down to a customer friendly level. ‼️Handmade and cow texture inconsistency is expected.

Love’s Jerky is seriously SO good! I’ve tried pretty much every beef jerky out there, and this is hands-down my favorite. The Hatch green chile flavor is amazing—it has the perfect amount of flavor and kick without being overpowering.
My favorite part, though, is the super-thin, chip-like texture. It’s seriously perfect! I’m a huge chip lover, and this gives me that same satisfying, crunchy snacking experience, but I love that I’m reaching for a protein-packed beef snack instead of a bag of chips.
And apparently I’m not the only one obsessed. I actually have to hide my stash when my brothers come over because they’re hooked on it too! 😂 If they know I have a bag, it disappears.
I’ve tried SO many different brands and flavors of beef jerky, and I keep coming back to this one. 10/10—Love’s Hatch Green Chile is the BEST!
Although I appreciated the thin, crunchy texture, I didn’t like the teriyaki flavor. I was anticipating a much stronger green chili flavor to make the jerky stand out. This isn’t meant to dismiss the quality of the product, because the quality was definitely there. I just think leaving out the teriyaki would allow the green chili flavor to be better. As it was, the teriyaki made it taste similar to jerky I could buy at almost any store

I’ve already ordered a few times! My fav go to high protein snack! I’d like to keep it in the fridge. It keeps it nice and crispy!! Love the green hatch chili flavor!!!
paper thin, crunchy jerky was a new item for me. I eat jerky regularly and am used to 'chunky and chewy'. That said, your thin, crispy, hot jerky is delicious!!! I have added it to my routine. thank you very much.
It's my favorite flavor. I hope they can use this Marinade to create other new flavors out of it because it’s delicious and you could add other things like salt and pepper or cracked pepper to this one and make a whole new flavor palette
