Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection protects packages that have been lost or damaged in route to the destination. Love's Jerky Co will send a replacement package if loss or damage is proven within 7 business days from Date of Delivery. Shipping Protection DOES NOT protect Lost or Stolen packages after delivery has taken place (Example: postal service tracking status DELIVERED). Shipping Protection allows Love's Jerky Co. to contact the postal service on your behalf, submit the claim and provide proof of damage. A favorable outcome is not guaranteed.

NOTE: Once a claim is filed, a link will be provided to the customer from the postal services which requires the customer to fill out, to avoid business owners from filing false claims.
