Only 2 ingredients, with 2 meat type options: 100% Grass-Fed & Grass Finished top round beef and 100% Beef top round. We allow the beef to take center stage in all our jerky flavors. We use Redmond Real Salt because it follows our standards of transparency. This salt is unrefined, pure, unprocessed, and full of trace minerals making it a perfect companion to our thinly sliced beef jerky chips. Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 4.3 / 5 from 412 reviews.

Here's the deal....1st order I received in like 4 days. That order was perfect! Crispy, and flavor was perfect as well. 2nd order, took over 3 weeks, and it was good, but it wasn't crispy at all. Kinda bummed on inconsistency, but I'll probably try again
